Military Engagements at Mexico Border and in the US

Mexico is a Narco-terrorist criminal state that abuses and dominates the people of Mexico. Very much like the Criminal Banks and Financial institutions that run the USA and work closely with the Criminals of the Mexican Narco-Government.

Video Reveals Intensity of Narco-Army Gunfight on U.S.-Mexico Border

The Mexican Governors, the Mexican Congress and the Mexican Military almost to a man are deeply involved in the drug trafficking.

  • 28,000 people have died in the last two years and is growing.
  • Mexican Cartel Actions against the US law enforcement and citizens within the United States include Car bombs, RPG attacks, Small Arms Attacks, Police Murder, etc.
  • Martial law has quietly been declared as of middle of 2009 on the Texas Mexico border
  • United States Military pulled back 10 miles off nearly entire border as of Sept 2010
  • 80 miles into Arizona have been seeded to Mexican Cartels with signs post telling US citizens to keep out (cartel controlled land)
  • Mexican Military Guard, grow and transport crops within Mexico (in a very similar capacity that the US military is serving in Afghanistan Opium Production)
  • Mexican Military Caught repeatedly shipping or assisting in the shipping of Marijuana, Heroine and Cocaine into the USA
  • Mexican Military Armored Vehicles have come 3-6 miles within the USA border to hold the US Sherriff/Police at Machine Gun point and threat of Death to ‘reclaim’ the intercepted shipments and escort the shipment safely back over the border, all within minutes of capture.
  • The Mexican Military are Killing Rival Cartels, Individual Cowboys and Coyotes’ that are small time runners that are not paying their ‘cut’.

Mexico’s Government Actions in ‘fighting’ the Cartels are like Capone Killing his competition with Tommy guns. The Mexican Military is truly Capone, the Big Boss, and the united states is providing billions of dollars in the “WAR ON DRUGS” to the Mexican Military Capone Machine to buy the Bullets in a Valentine Day Massacre in the tens of thousands. Go SPP and NAFTA Billions.

This has caused the violence and war to explode.

North American Theater of War 2010 – NAToW 2010

Shill Governor Rick Parry says he would send TX Troops into Mexico to help fight ‘Drug war’ and that the US government should consider it.

Is Perry’s idea of sending in US Soldiers to fight a gorilla war in Mexico supporting the Criminal Narco-Government really an answer that makes any sense? This will poor Gasoline on an arson Fire of an Orphanage. Our Military Sent to Back up the Criminal Monopoly of the 500 billion dollars a year in Narcotics.

The people of Mexico and people of the united states need to be at peace with one another and at war with the corruption within each of our own nations.

Do not let the Global Elite drive a wedge of hatred, fear, resentment or anger into our minds against one another personally or as general collective group/race blame.

Mexico Needs a Bill of Rights and a Constitution,

It is beautiful, full of natural resources, moral individuals and should be a paradise to in..

Mexico is not going to get fixed and the USA will collapse right along with it if we send United States Men and Women to kill Mexican Men and Women for the Elite Narco-Terrorists on Both sides of the Borders.

War is not the answer

War on Drugs is not the answer. War on a commodity never works at fighting tyranny. War on tyranny is the only way to fight tyranny. War on corruption, war on fraud, war on force, war on coercion is the only way to fight tyranny.

There is a Real Solution that would end this criminal empire overnight, staring everyone in the Face.

In this Order, We In the United States of Amercia;

  1. We need to Legalize Hemp Commodity Industry
  2. We need to Decriminalize Marijuana, Heroine, Cocaine and Opium
  3. We need 100,000 troops on the USA Border and not one inch further
  4. Release all Non-Violent Federal Prisioners of the War on Drugs (expunging federal crimal records)
  5. We need grand jury investigations into the Current Narco-Terrorist in the USA

As well, we need to support the innocent refugees, displaced people and victims of this war in restoring justice, liberty and order to Mexico.

We need the Understanding that Mexicans are not corrupt as Americans are not corrupt, but both victims of tyranny and terror from the oppressive Global Elite. We are all harmed, manipulated, branded, regulated, educated, employed, murdered and imprisoned by the same Criminal Elite. We are all equally their commodity, equally their cattle.

The Fight is not amongst ourselves but for ourselves, as Free, Sovereign, Independent and Infinitely precious individuals, with Inviolate, Unalienable, Fundamental Natural Rights and Personal Private Liberty.

Prohibition and LA County

The War on The Freedomain Market

The Drug War and Interment Industry is a Violation of Fundamental Natural Rights.

Fundamental Natural Rights are those Rights that can be Claimed by Everyone Simultaneously without Forcing Someone to Serve the Individual’s Claimed Right.

Fundamental Rights are all Private Decisions, Actions, Endeavors and Production, that can be Exercised without Infringing on other Individual’s Liberty and Rights, by Force, Fraud or Coercion.

Denial of a Commodity and Industry that can be utilized within an Individual’s Fundamental Natural Rights is by its very Definition Un-Lawful and Un-Natural.

Prohibition is not Deregulation

These Policies Give Power and Monopoly to Lawless, Evil and Violent Individuals.

Prohibition Empowers Criminals and Criminalizes the Individual’s Civil Fundamental Natural Rights.

Sheriff Shills for Petro-Pharma?

Lee Baca, Chief Official of Justice for LA County, says almost All Voluntary, Private Exocannabinoid Distribution Businesses are Criminal

According to THOMAS WATKINS of AP – Sep 3, 2010, Lee Baca said, “Millions of dollars are being made for profit, and it’s all illegal,” the sheriff said this week.

I agree Hemp Seed oil, Hemp cloth, plastics, building materials, fuel and ‘Pot’, Exocannabinoid Medications for the Endocannabinoid System Should be Cheaper.

It is part of the public domain like the Hippocratic Oath, 1/3 of care is supposed to be given away for free (government health care) in order to have the privilege of be “Sole” certified as a medical Practitioner.

This has worked somewhat for over 100 years. But if the service to the public is removed from the trust then the Republic Certification can no longer be a Monopoly.

But the Prices and Crime is High Because of the Monopoly Prohibition that Black Market Criminalization of Personal Private Activities and Commodities of the Individual’s Fundamental Natural Rights.

“It is no surprise that people are going to get killed … drugs and violence go together,” Baca said.

Almost Drug Prohibition and Criminal Violence go together.

LA B.o.S.-es Ban Industry in Small Unincorporated Cities, Already Hurt by Over Regulated Economy

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has moved toward enacting a complete ban on flourishing businesses that may be targets of robbery in a Depressionary economy in the unincorporated areas of the county.

Loss of industry will remove new tax dollars, jobs, local economy growth, industry development and lawful regulation of an industry currently run by criminals.

In a unanimous vote, the supervisors directed county staff to prepare an ordinance banning pot dispensaries. The ordinance would first need to be considered by the Regional Planning Commission and then by the Board of Supervisors, a process that would probably take at least three or four months.

Mike Antonovich is the author of a motion to Criminalize Medical exocannabinoid Clinics. This would criminalize the regulated commerce of prescribed and controlled distribution as well as agricultural processing and development.

Antonovich believes this Industry is Dangerous on its face and the Unincorporated communities and population of LA County are in danger from it.

Attorney Tulane M. Peterson, added:  “This is a public safety issue. It is not a debate over the medical properties of a drug.” An official with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said pot-dispensing locations tend to draw crime and violence.

“(Dispensaries) are turning a lot of money and have attracted the attention of armed robbers,” Assistant District Attorney Jacquelyn Lacey said.

“Where there are armed robbers, there will be a loss of life. (The ordinance is) not a judgment on medical marijuana use, but saves the county residents from any crime that a dispensary would bring.”

Antonovich and LA County BoS-es Ban Successful Industry for ‘Fear of Robbery’ and to Keep Crime Down.

As the County board of supervisors he is the acting city council for the unincorporated communities of Los Angeles County in this Decision. Spearheading the decision of Prohibition for all of the people in the unincorporated areas that exocannabinoids and the Hemp industry in general is not welcome in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County’s Economy.

“It leaves the unincorporated portion vulnerable,” said Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich, author of the motion. The board, he said, needs to protect residents’ “safety and property values.”

Daryl Dittebrand, who lives in an unincorporated neighborhood near Arcadia, expressed opposition to a proposed medical marijuana dispensary 60 feet away from his home.”

I am fearful of what it’s going to do to my neighborhood. I’m afraid of the crime, and I’m afraid of the potential for armed robbery,” Dittebrand said.

The Increased Danger is robbery. A business that is highly successful in a down economy, that has cash, that has a product that can be sold easily. But Robbery is the danger. Does that mean that banks should not be allowed in Compton, South Central or we shouldn’t allow business because they could be Targets of Crime?

The “Increased Crime” is nearly all illegal possession and distribution of exocannabinoids. The Prohibition is the cause of “Criminal” increase. If we decriminalized possession of small amounts of exocannabinoids, while maintaining public safety with current DUI, Open Container (put it in the trunk) and Public Intoxication regulations, we would remove much of the Policing work and allow them to focus on the Armed Robbers.

The Job of Protecting the Private Property of the Community, Protecting the Safety of the Individual is not supposed to be achieved by limiting the actions of Society because of the actions of the criminals. It is to stop the Criminals.

While approving the motion, Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky expressed strong objections to rewriting a law he said worked.”

It takes anywhere from six months to a year to close one down that is started illegally,” Molina said, asking staff to come back with suggestions on speeding up enforcement.”

It’s the illegal ones that are driving everybody crazy,” Yaroslavsky said. “I’m just trying to understand if this is a motion in search of a problem,”

Barry Kramer, a medical cannabis patient who lives in L.A., urged supervisors to focus on targeting illegal clubs, rather than ones that want to operate legally.”

It’s not the ordinance that’s bad,” Kramer said. “They definitely don’t need to ban access to legitimate patients.”

An initiative passed in 1996 and a state law adopted in 2003 allows patients and caregivers to form collectives to cultivate marijuana, but cities and counties have considerable power to regulate where dispensaries can operate. Some dispensaries have filed court challenges to those regulations.

This is an affront to Individual Personal Private Choices and Decisions protected under the constitution and Endowed to every Natural Person. Belligerent Infringement and out right prohibition creates a criminal black-market and empower lawless cartels with monopoly power.

The protection of the public is in danger from not addressing violent robbery and criminalizing those under threat.

Vote out the Incumbents!

Vote in Local Protection, Vote for Public Servants that will stand with Interposition of Constitutional Violations. They must use the Authority that we give them to protect our life, liberty and property; under Justice, Honesty and Equity from all threats internal and external, foreign and domestic, state and federal.

Prohibition created and empowered the Mob. Prohibition only empowers the criminals and makes criminals of anyone who works with or for them (customers, distributors, drivers, farmers, contractors, etc)

Our economy is collapsing we can’t afford another person in the court system and Internment Prisons so instead; regulate, tax, research, develop, test and decriminalize Mexico’s Largest Cash Crop as Well as California’s.

Vote out the Incumbent and vote in what the people have already asked for but we can’t get, Let Los Angeles be a sanctuary County for Personal Freedom and Public Justice.

Schwarzenegger vetoes Hemp Farming Act, denies California farmers economic opportunity to grow high-demand industrial crop

AB1147 — co-authored by Assemblymen Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, and Chuck Devore, R-Irvine — sought to allow California to join the 30 other countries that allow hemp farming. Currently California state law does not differentiate between hemp crops and marijuana crops, so farmers have been hesitant to grow industrial hemp for fear of having their crops confiscated.

Schwarzenegger said in his veto message that although he wants to encourage new state agricultural production, there is no federal law distinguishing between hemp and marijuana.

“Unfortunately, I am very concerned that this bill would give legitimate growers a false sense of security and a belief that production of ‘industrial hemp’ is somehow a legal activity under federal law,” Schwarzenegger said.

AB1147 would have required farmers to submit to crop testing to guarantee that their variety of the cannabis plant was not a hallucinogenic form in return for not having their crops confiscated.

The governor’s veto was a case of politics sadly trumping science, sound public policy and an affront to Natural, Constitutional Law
