Declaring Offensive War: Legislative Power or Executive Treason
Can we the people see America’s uncontrolled wars via executive destruction and death for peace under global governance authority?
The executive branch has abused the 90 days clause of Emergency Powers and COG (Continuity of Government); abused fear, threats and coercion of imminent/catastrophic attack, to embroil our sons, daughters, posterity and sacred honor in offensive use of force for decades. Via corrupt supreme court judges, only option left to people’s branch, the congress and the senate, to un-declare offensive executive war, is to defund the conflict, leaving our soldiers naked on the battlefield and without a penny to buy a bullet, left to bear the whips and scorns of being wrongful oppressors, in unlawful offensive actions or consent to the presidentially declared war with continued funding of the military.
In other words funding national defense is considered consent of executive military action.
With that equation think of the NDAA 2012.
These actions today breach our constitution and other nation’s sovereignty; indeed US military campaigns within other nation’s sacred borders are issued under the executive presidential branch command ‘authorization’, war is ordered or ordained by NATO, by the UN or by the nation’s being invaded and conquered ‘consent’; not by the legislative branch of the people.
Our republic needs a return; to a normalcy of justice, to a defensive foreign policy, to a just cause police-y force and to a strict due process of individual sovereign liberties; indeed a revolution with the return to constitutional processes and authorized powers of our nation.
The individual must be held above the corporate, above the state, above the oppressors wrong; no matter the national/public benefit, no matter the hype.
We must restore the understanding, the principle, that individual sovereignty and the example it can bestow, is the only infinite quantum potential available on this earth; the only, in all know creation, to move itself and manifest on other planets, production and ideals.
Free agency, absolute individual civil liberty, fundamental rights of property and natural sovereignty in one’s personal creation are the only options to justice. Upholding, Defending and enforcing this natural principle is justice, for it just is.
Ask not what your country can do for you, in centralizing power for your gain. Play not their game of covet means.
Ask what your can do to self create, produce, grow and steward for your own glory in measuring the beauty, novelty and enhancement of your product and posterity.
The Arab league, UN, NATO, AFRICOM issues the legal requirement for America to go to war; the Executive Federal Military would come to the Congress and inform you, and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from congress, those would be issues we would have to discuss as we the global security elite decide what to do here. Global governance will decide who will die in killing for peace.
The supreme court has stated the legislature has the power to approve of war only by funding or not funding the military and actions of war initiated by the executive branch.
If our American sons and daughters are going to kill people of ours or other nations; if our sons and daughters are going to die in the fog of battle, we must have the democratic representation for the approval. The legislative branch must say ye ‘yea’ to kill of, for or by the people.
