The Occupy Wall Street movement is being portrayed as purely anti-capitalism, anti-free market and anti-private property by the progressive and mainstream media.
The heart of the Occupy Wall Street should be considered more of a movement against private corporate capitalization through government favoritism and fraud.
They are against the corrupt government-corporate collusion or Fascism.
They see the criminal Wall Street system keeps getting richer, by selling out ‘America’ and the public; all funded by American taxpayer bailouts.
While they are focused on the corrupt corporations of Wall Street, the Tea Party is focused on the corrupt agencies of the Federal Government.
They are different sides of the same coin; fighting big business on one side and big government on the other side.
Both sides are identifying fascistic controls and corruptions ofLibertyor Justice.
They are in agreement against a common enemy. They have identified the criminals and corruptions in both camps.
We can end corporate-government violence against humanity.
We can reinstate a fair and balanced system of measurement for the lives of people, their pursuits and posterity.
We can ensure current social commitments.
We can secure equity in the public domain, freedom for the private individual with liberty and justice for all.
We can if we Occupy Wall Street and End the Fed
It is not all of government just as it is not all of Wall Street.
End the 1% of Wall Street that is corrupt. End those criminal 300-500 transnational corporate monopolies and biased protective regulation.
We are 99%. We are the 29,700-49,500 local businesses, the ‘made inAmerica’ traded on Wall Street companies.
End the 1% of Government that is Unconstitutional’ such as Federalized and violated State’s rights and the Private Federal Reserve System
We are the 99% of millions of good civil servants, teachers, officers and soldiers
Defend the justice of the system, of the currency and honesty for the measurement ofmankind.
Dividing the revolutionaries, pitting the rebels against one another is the dialectic power of destroying the unity of principle.
We must not allow occupy Wall Street to be co-opted by big government.
We must not allow end the Fed to be co-opted by big business.
We can be the resistance without condemning our allies.
Break the left vs right paradigm.
Support the fight against American fascism and American supported Global Governance.
With the federal agencies and monetary policy of Bush and Obama, we have seen industries selectively shut down in a deindustrialization of America. GE, McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, Target, Google, etc. have health care wavers, tax wavers, carbon regulation wavers, etc.
- Since 2008 the United States has submitted to over $26,000,000,000,000 (trillion) dollars in toxic debt to international private banks (the New Deal, NRA, Hoover Dam and all; would have been $500,000,000,000 (billion) in 2008)
- The United States has lost approximately 42,400 factories since 2001.
- The United States has lost a total of about 5.5 million manufacturing jobs since October 2000. (32% of all manufacturing jobs in the nation)
- As of the end of 2009, less than 12 million Americans worked in manufacturing. The last time less than 12 million Americans were employed in manufacturing was in 1941.
- Companies are literally paid to move to offshore to China, Brazil or Mexico (where there is no regulation; civil or environmental)
- Wars with nation after nation have occurred and governments of the Middle East and Africa keep falling into the hands of radical fundamentalist, under Operation; Arab Spring (seven nations in five years).
“Made in America” President Obama entombed “Made in North Carolina, Made in Raleigh”
This man was a Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing among the Wolves of North Carolina State University
With the selective application of regulations that we have seen from this administration in, rolling blackouts and criminal favoritism with wall/banker handouts, this is a corporate empowerment and pork grab bag for wall street and multinational loophole enlargement.
In every pot there will be a chicken. Is this Obama’s Hoover moment?
With Government jobs in policy enforcement and corrections as the only constant growth industries in the country, what kind of jobs are being created in this Global War on Terror (GWOT) since 9/11 the federal government has created, more than 1,200 agencies and 2,000 private corporations at over 10,000 locations within the United States alone and have created an unstoppable and barely controllable top secret network to support the GWOT.
Will Rick Perry, FDR us out of this depression via World War?
Or will we end empire?
Give Freedom not Criminalization and Peace not War, a Chance.
Former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney (R), “Corporations are people, my friend. Of course they are. Everything corporations earn ultimately goes to people. Where do you think it goes?”
It goes to other corporations, trusts, foundations and political action committees, as tax shelters, which are controlled and owned by very few people.
In 1884, after the Civil War, the former ‘property’ of slaves were given Constitutional protection and federally recognized ‘personhood’ and citizenship.
Rockefeller, Carnegie and the corporate money trusts freed their corporation ‘property’ as well.
Corporations were endowed with the rights of individuals by the federal courts in 1886 and have had federal government protection of their ‘personhood’ since then.
This was done on the coattails of the 13th and 14th amendments to the Constitution. It destroyed state’s authority to establish and dissolve the state granted corporate charters operating within individual state.
The loss of State corporate charter control led to Standard Oil Ohio, Standard Oil Illinois, Standard Oil California and Standard Oil New York, etc. all just becoming Standard Oil.
Reporter Scott Keyes of Think Progress asked Ron Paul what he thought of Mitt’s remark:
“Obviously they’re not. People are individuals, they’re not groups and they’re not companies. Individuals have rights, they’re not collective. You can’t duck that. So individuals should be responsible for corporations, but they shouldn’t be a new creature, so to speak. Rights and obligations should be always back to the individual.” said Paul.
Corporations operating in the public domain before 1886 had to renew their charters every 5-10 years and could be revoked at anytime if there were abuses or lack of service to the citizenry or private domain.
State Corporate Charters had to operate under 5%-10% margins of profit, provide equitable or even free services and other corporate charter law specific to each state; for the privilege of using the public domain.
National or ‘Personhood’ corporate charters only have to make a profit for their shareholders.
The states now have no recourse to these Corp-ersons under federal protection. The States have lost the oversight, under which access to public’s property used to operate.
This has allowed corporate abuse of the public domain, toxic poisoning, immeasurable fraud, the destruction of private business and of the local community trusts.
Cloverleaf bought the Red Car so that they could dismantle it. – Judge Doom (Corperson from ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’)
We must fight to overturn the court ruling giving corporations the rights of individual citizens, the rights of real living, breathing human beings.
We must return charter authority back to the States and return the stewardship of their public domain to the local citizenry.
