Most preventive screenings look for explosives or items that pose a threat. This Orwellian machine proposes to detect the person — not the device — that may pose a threat. Not Someone Carrying a Bomb Rather Someone that May Want to Carry a Bomb.

A system that went into field operation testing in 2008 called MALINTENT turns the logical approach of threat reduction on its head by profiling everyone. Homeland Security had an operational field test in Maryland, scanning 144 unwitting human subjects. Results are confidential, testing is ongoing and further disclosure could compromise continued testing.

Future Attribute Screening Technology (FAST) Unit – mobile security array.

The scanners, the sensors, equipment, screeners and Subject Investigation Area that make up the entire unit are placed inside a mobile screening laboratory, the size of a tractor trailer or large truck bed. MALINTENT identifies, recognize, define, quantify and measure these emotions and relays the information back to a Check Point Operator in near real-time.

Deployment of Developed of MALINTENT Systems to key infrastructure and target areas when a screening process is needed by which a series of sensors read and imagers search body for non-verbal cues to predict intention/emotional levels via;

body temperature

heart rate

respiration

retina activity

nostril flare

ear lift

brow and lid rate ratios

emotional facial muscles contractions cues EFMCC

unconscious tells swallow, shifts, etc.

including transitions, invisible to the naked eye

Seven Primary Target Emotion for Signals that Individuals and Target Subjects may display in advance of an action.

Step One: Sensors identify Future Attribute Flags – transmit warning data to analysts who subjects further questioning.

Step Two: Micro-Facial Scanning and Enhanced Questions, measuring Micro muscle movements in the face for clues to mood and intention.

Step Three: Enhanced Scanning and Screening Flag Continued Future Attribute Spikes and Sets Priority of Subjects MALINTENT Level for Security and Surveillance Threat.

This is not even a polygraph test. Subjects do not get hooked up to sensitive equipment or set in a careful setting to establish a scientific reading; the sensors and the algorithms do all the work without any actual physical contact. It’s like a Bad X-ray for intentions. Polygraph tests can still be very inaccurate and this has even less scientific accuracy for infinite invasion of privacy.

Papers please, and please don’t move, we are going ask you some questions and our computer will tell us if you are lying to us. If you resist or refuse you will be detained and fined up to $11,000 for probing a security area check point. Do you understand Our Rights as We have Explained them to you? Thank you, Please do not move.

  3. “Person of Interest” is a new TV program on Thursdays at 9:00 PM. It is about a machine that watches and hears everything, predicting if someone is going to commit a crime or be a victim. The hero steps in to help.
It appears the writers know something.
