A Research Division of the Pentagon has now Openly announced that its Computer Scientists will be working on the Project for Anomaly Detection At Multiple Scales. Under this Project they are looking for improved and consolidated ways to scan billions of e-mails a day to identify ‘suspects’ in advance so that individuals can be monitored and crimes can be stopped before they are committed.

That’s the goal of the latest $35 million project announced by DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency

This will tie in nicely with corporations such as Project Vigilant literally going public and trading shares. This is a Private Spy Corporation that tracks 250 million IP addresses a day, and there are only around 300 million people in the USA. If you remove most of the Governments Employees and those that don’t have internet access every private citizen could be tracked.

Private Corporations such as Project Vigilant are not held to the limits and standards of Government Officers, the CIA and other Government Policey Enforcement Agencies, such as, judicial search warrants, probable cause, due process, expected privacy, etc.

This is a Public announcement for the Big Brother Closed Circuit Television (BBCCTV) Network, Smart Grid Engineers to Openly Launch a well established Precrime Intelligence Agency Infrastructure.

The excuse for the Pentagon is the Fort Hood Incident,  specifically that the amount of traffic was too much for Government INTEL gathering to catch the numerous emails with Anwar Al Aulaqi, graphic threats and blatant cases for alarm at Fort Hood.

Tracking messages to and from Fort Hood would be a Simple task. There are only 65,000 people at Fort Hood and in a year they might create 4.68 billion electronic messages between almost 15 million people.

One Private Corporation like Vigilant or any of the unknown similar corporations that are not publicly traded yet could easily track this volume. (as I am sure that the Pentagon in fact tracked everything through carnivore, echelon or one of these private spy companies)

With Fort Hood soldiers ordered to delete video they had taken on their phones, reports of multiple shooters, ‘shooting’ scenario drills being run the day before and the day of the shooting and the known involvement of Pentagon operative and dining guest Anwar Al Aulaqi.

This evil DARPA Enforcement Project has been crowned A.D.A.M.S., for Anomaly Detection at Multiple Scales.

Is the pursuit of this Adam’s Complete Devouring of the Tree of Knowledge and Total Information Awareness going to be what finally casts the United States out of what was Once the Pursuit of the Individual’s Own Eden?
